Dr. David Prince received his MD degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital followed by a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center in New York.
Following residency training he became the Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center. He has been the Chief Quality Officer for the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center and was co-lead on the implementation team that brought early mobilization program the intensive care units at Montefiore Medical Center.
He is the fellowship director for the Cardiac Rehabilitation fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center and is an active member of the academic department of Rehabilitation Medicine and serves on numerous committees that oversee the quality of both clinical care and academic teaching.
He is an active member of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and is the Chair of the Program Planning Committee that reviews, selects and approves all content for the national annual meeting.
