Precious Goodson, EdD is an Educator, Speaker, Scholar, Writer, and Leader. She holds an EdD in Instructional Design, an EdS in Educational Technology, and MEd in Educational Technology. She is a military caregiver to a combat-wounded veteran, and advocates for military families. She has received scholarly recognition from Graduate Studies in Phoenix, Arizona for her findings presented from her Doctoral Research that explored the usefulness of an eLearning curriculum for military caregivers of service members and veterans with invisible injuries. She was selected in 2015-2016 to serve as a Caregiver Dole Fellow with the Elizabeth Dole Foundation to be a voice for military caregivers. She founded a blog, A Military Caregiver Journey: War Changes Lives, in 2016, to share her story with the world. She also believes this blog will serve as a resource that may be helpful to others. She presently serves as a Caregiver Dole Fellow Alumna and enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and writing.
