Phase 3 of the Requirements of Participation is finally upon us! And while we anticipate a delay in the expectation to start executing the details laid out in your Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan, now is the time to start taking a critical look at what you’ve implemented thus far. For many of us, the plan is a formal document written in regulatory language in order to meet the requirement, not a description of how we will actually execute QAPI. Join us for this session, during which we will translate regulatory language into actual action and provide teaching strategies so that all staff, from leadership to clinical to front line, will be able to understand and play a meaningful part in your plan.
