Joan Ralph Webber, DNP, APRN, CRNI, OCN, is an oncology/hematology/palliative clinical nurse specialist. Throughout her more than thirty-five years of nursing she has focused her career on vascular access as well as supporting patient’s lives during their oncologic journey. Joan uses her competencies in coaching, education, consultation, research, collaboration and leadership to optimize the care of her colleagues and patient populations. She has been a member of the institution review board, participating in many clinical research trials and currently mentors evidence based projects. In addition, Joan is an adjunct professor, lecturing at a variety of conferences, locally, nationally and internationally.
