Kacey has a diverse clinical background in pediatrics culminating in her current role as a team lead on the Vascular Access Service at Boston Children’s Hospital. Kacey specializes in neonatal PICC insertion education and is actively involved in professional development, clinical advancement, and dissemination throughout the enterprise. Her current research centers around reducing catheter failure in neonates and pediatrics. Kacey is passionate about inclusivity for patients on the autism spectrum and advocating for vessel preservation through patient experience optimization. She is currently the chair-elect for the AVA DTeam, where she also represents the Executive Leadership Committee for PediNeoSIG.
