Holly graduated from Penn State in 1975 and worked in Labor and Delivery and IV Therapy before spending 25 years in a Level 3 NICU, and the last 15 years in Pediatric and Neonatal Vascular Access. She started and developed the Vascular Access Team at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL where she is the Assistant Nurse Manager of the team that places all PICCs as well as ultrasound guided PIVs, and peripheral arterial lines. Holly has presented several times at AVA and teaches pediatric and neonatal PICC insertion.
