Dr. Angela Yi is a clinical neuropsychologist in independent practice at Foothills Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Services. Dr. Yi received her doctoral degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, Graduate School of Psychology. She completed her internship at NYU Langone Medical Center, Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine and a two-year post-doctoral fellowship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Brain Injury Research Center (BIRC). Dr. Yi’s areas of clinical focus include the management of long-term outcomes of individuals with acquired brain injuries. She is a co-chair of the medical outcomes panel which is a part of a larger project funded by BIAA focusing on creating guidelines for rehabilitation and chronic disease management of adults with moderate to severe TBI. She is also a clinical supervisor in a study led by Icahn School of Medicine Brain Injury research center (BIRC) investigating an online emotional regulation skills-based training intervention for individuals with TBI. She is an active member of ACRM as co-chair of the membership committee and Cognitive Rehabilitation Training faculty.
