Dr. Monique J Tremaine is a neuropsychologist currently contracted with the United States Coast Guard through Sterling Medical in Cape May New Jersey. She is the former Director of the Neuropsychology Department and Cognitive Rehabilitation Program at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation where she designed and implemented cognitive rehabilitation programs across acquired brain injury diagnoses including all levels of traumatic brain injury. She earned her PhD in Neuropsychology from Alliant International University in 2002 after completing an internship at Loma Linda University in Neuropsychology and Cognitive Rehabilitation followed by a Post-Doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at Sharp memorial Hospital in San Diego. She has most recently completed a Post-Doctoral Master’s Degree in Psychopharmacology in 2019. Research interests include evolution of consciousness, virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
