Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana
Jeremy Funk is a clinical epidemiologist at the Indiana Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana and the Chief Executive Officer for Ghost Map Analytics. Previously, Mr. Funk served the state of Indiana as the Trauma and Injury Prevention Epidemiologist, where he authored Indiana’s first TBI State Plan. A self-proclaimed “goof-ball,” Jeremy is an award-winning epidemiologist that specializes in the novel survival analysis and clinical tool development.
Jeremy received his MPH in Epidemiology from Tulane University and completed his clinical fellowship in collaboration with Tufts School of Medicine and Lahey Health Clinic. Currently, Mr. Funk is seeking a dual Doctoral degree in Clinical Epidemiology and Public Health Informatics from Indiana University School of Public Health.
