Penjani Mkambula manages the provision of technical assistance for food fortification to GAIN’s country programmes and other partners globally. His portfolio includes public-private partnerships, food fortification, food safety and supply chain management. He also serves on the Board of the Food Fortification Initiative and the Steering Committee of the Partnership for Aflatoxin Control in Africa.
