French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development (IRD)
Valerie Greffeuille is a public health nutritionist and she hold a PhD in food Sciences.
She works since almost ten years for IRD, the French national Institute for Sustainable development in the research unit called NUTRIPASS.
She has been involved in several research projects on micronutrient deficiencies including food based approaches, fortification, development of complementary food, description of nutritional quality of local food and practices, definitions of public health strategies.
She is currently based in Cotonou, Benin.
