Elodie Becquey is a Senior Research Fellow in the Poverty, Health and Nutrition Division at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), based in the West and Central Africa office in Dakar, Senegal. She has 15 years of research experience on diet, nutrition and food security in West Africa. She holds a PhD in Public Health and a Master’s degree in food engineering. At IFPRI, she mostly focuses on studying the impact of various nutrition and nutrition-sensitive interventions and programs in Africa using randomized control trials. Based in Dakar, a part of her work also involves engagement with implementing partners and knowledge mobilization and dissemination.
