Sylvain Massé is head of market development and innovation for Omya, a manufacturer of specialty and functionalized minerals, as well as a global distributor of specialty ingredient. In his role he is helping food companies and premix manufacturers to integrate calcium carbonate to achieve calcium fortification or other functional benefits in their new product development. Across a region covering Africa, Middle East, Near East and Central Asia, South East Europe and Russia. Sylvain holds a master’s degree in food science and technology and a specialized master in business.
