MR. TOSLIM UDDIN KHAN has over 30 years professional expertise and experience in designing, implementing and monitoring public health programs. He has worked extensively with both national and international development agencies to increase their capacity to implement public health program and provide them with comprehensive technical assistance. He also has well-developed analytical and documentation skills and has disseminated information through periodic reports, professional papers and presentations in national and international forums. As the Chief of Program Operations, SMC, Mr. Khan guides as well as leads SMC program, which includes social marketing of health products, service delivery, capacity building of the private sector, and behavior change communications. Mr. Khan has extensive experience in engaging private sectors providers in public health program of Bangladesh. He also interacts closely with external stakeholders, including existing and potential donors, GOB, and development partners to build relationships, facilitate program implementation and expand the portfolio of program activities. His papers, presentations and publications are highly recognized and appreciated by international public health and social marketing communities. Mr. Khan completed Masters Program in Family Planning Program Management at the University of Exeter, UK. He also has a Masters in Business Administration, a Masters of Social Science from University of Dhaka and has attended many international and regional workshops and seminars on global health issues.
