Bho Mudyahoto’s Bio
Bho Mudyahoto is Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at HarvestPlus. He leads the design, development and operationalization of HarvestPlus’ global level Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system, working with M&E teams in Africa, Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean. Bho received a BSc in Agriculture, a Graduate Certificate in Education and a Master’s degree in Agriculture between 1991 and 1998, all from the University of Zimbabwe. He served as an Agricultural Extension Officer in the Government of Zimbabwe, part time lecturer positions at the Zimbabwe Open University and the Midlands State University. Bho spent 15 years in various senior level M&E positions at Heifer International, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), designing and implementing M&E systems in the agricultural research and development sectors in several African countries. Bho joined HarvestPlus in 2015 and brings high level expertise and wide experience to the agriculture and nutrition space having worked in various capacities from field implementation to senior advisory levels assessing, developing and operating agricultural research and development M&E systems.
