Kroeun has provided technical assistance to other organizations and national governments to carry out surveys, undertake program assessments and evaluations, and to find innovative strategies for enhanced homestead food production, nutrition, vitamin A supplementation and multiple micronutrient programs in Cambodia.
Prior to joining HKI, Kroeun was an Agriculture Specialist. He was involved in the development, implementation and monitoring of sustainable integrated farming system projects with VSA, QSA, NRM, MCC, JVC, UNHCR, UNTACT, and UNAMIC. His keenest interest lies in program interventions with research components that generate solid evidence for improved program interventions.
