Global Field Service Lead
Nancie joined Avanade five years ago to lead the Canadian CRM Service Line. Her current role with Avanade, as Global Field Service Lead, is part of Avanade's Business Applications Centre of Excellence (COE) and is reflective of Avanade's commitment and investment in D365 Field Service and supporting Microsoft Technologies.
Nancie was previously an executive with Adxstudio prior to Microsoft's acquistion of Adxstudio's portal technology. Nancie has been implementing Dynamics CRM since its first version was GA. She has been implementing CRM technology (eg Pivotal, Saleslogix, Siebel, and Goldmine) as far back as the '90s. She was also certified as a Great Plains Accounting Application Specialist in the '90s.
