During the past 5 years, Noemí has had the opportunity to delve into the different stages of the customer journey and to build, at the same time, Triangle’s Revenue Team. First as a marketer, due to her marketing background. Then, redefining the new sales department, thus covering the whole buying cycle. Finally, leading the Customer Success team.
She had the opportunity to stay in contact with SMEs to understand their challenges on every stage of the cycle. From the early stages of the decision process of choosing an ERP to working with customers with more than 15 years’ experience on Dynamics NAV and looking to implement a digital transformation plan.
Thanks to the opportunity provided by Business Central Cloud, her main passion now is to educate companies to ensure their long-term success partnership, leveling their expectations with the deliverables through the entire customer’s experience.
