Katie Kostiuk is an experienced Conference Director with over 15 years in the meeting and conference planning industry. Her experience ranges across the entire conference planning spectrum and she has held management roles in logistics, speaker management, registration and exhibits and sponsorship. She has spent her career working with government agencies, corporations and associations handling conferences ranging from 50 to over 5,000 attendees. After beginning her career in government meetings management, she moved on to a publishing company where she spent the years focused on strategic and financial planning for multiple events in the healthcare space. Katie continues to focus on strategic and financial planning for multiple events as well as providing logistics and program management support with associations. She brings her passion for creating a successful conference to every task, detail and idea to the table, while never losing sight of the clients’ goals. Listening to the client needs as well as the attendee, exhibitor and partner are the forefront of how she plans for the conference and spends her time onsite.
Katie attends multiple industry events throughout the year to continue her education and networking within the industry. Katie holds a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
